Q: “Do I need to setup an account to place an order?”
You can shop at RIOS PAKISTAN, either by registering with us or using a guest account which will be automatically register you during to checkout process.
Q: “How do I select items to purchase?”
As you browse through the Website, click on the Add to Cart button for the items that you wish to purchase.
Q: “How do I place an order on Website?”
Once your desired item is added to the shopping cart just click on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner and select proceed to checkout, you can either checkout as a Guest or you can sign up to get latest updates. Then you have to provide your personal details, select the payment method and then select place order button. Your order is booked and confirmed.
Q: “What are your payment options?”
You can only purchase your items through COD (cash on delivery & Credit Cards) service.
Q: “How much does shipping cost?”
Nationwide delivery in PKR 190/- only.
Q: “What are your Delivery Areas?”
We deliver all over Pakistan through courier services.
Q: “What happens if I receive a damaged product/item?”

Yes, all prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
