- Returns Eligibility:
- Returns & replacement policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered.
- Items must be unused, unopened, packaging is in its original condition and the original invoice is present.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such undergarments and opened beauty products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage for our records.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged item.
- Refunds:
- Refunds are not in cash - the customer will be issued a coupon of the same value, valid for online store only.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges from our online store as well as retail stores within 07 days of delivery.
- Products purchased on discount or on sale will only be exchanged on the current amount of the product.
- Policy Changes:
- We reserve the right to update or modify our return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
