Usage:
Gently apply to face, neck, and décolleté, working in upward, circular motions
Rinse with water or wipe off gently in upward, circular motions with a cotton pad or facial towel
To remove eye make-up, apply to a dampened cotton pad and use gentle sweeping movements from the inside to the outside corner of your closed eye. Do not scrub
This product should be used within 1 year from manufacturing date.
Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
