You must not forget that you should always start by filling in from the middle of the eyebrow to the outer tip. You should only recreate the hair in the inner corner after this step!   • Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.

  • Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
  • Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
  • We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
  • Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
