PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Using snail filtrate facial soap is quite simple, and the process is similar to using any other facial soap. Here are the steps to follow: 
  • Wet your face with lukewarm water
  • Lather the soap in your hands and gently massage it onto your face in circular motions.
  •  Pay special attention to areas with oil, dirt, or makeup buildup, such as your nose, forehead, and chin.
  •  Rinse your face thoroughly with lukewarm water, making sure to remove all the soap residue
  • Pat your face dry with a soft towel.

  • Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
  • Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
  • The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
  • Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
  • Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
  • We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
  • Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
