PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

As the name suggests, sheet masks are thin face-shaped sheets made of soft and flexible material. The masks are infused with highly concentrated serums comprising different active ingredients and have cutout spaces for the mouth, eyes, and nose. Sheet masks come folded neatly in individual pouches, making them easy to carry and take out for one-time use. In addition, the ingredients used in the formulation of sheet masks offer different skin benefits, allowing you to choose the formula according to your skin concerns or type.

  • Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
  • Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
  • The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
  • Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
  • Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
  • We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
  • Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
