PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Electric epilator is a multi-purpose machine, which can easily replace the plug when you need to use it, it quickly and effectively removes hair from the root for smooth skin. The epilator head provides long-lasting hair removal, the shaver head gently scrapes the hair with a static and dynamic knife, and the callus head removes the hard dead skin on the foot.

  • Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
  • Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
  • The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
  • Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
  • Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
  • We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
  • Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
