PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

To use the Vince Anti Wrinkle Retinol Night Serum, apply a pea-sized amount to clean, dry skin in the evening before bedtime. Gently massage the serum onto the face and neck, avoiding the delicate eye area. Its essential to follow up with a moisturizer to help lock in hydration and provide additional nourishment to the skin. Additionally, its recommended to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day while using retinol products, as they can increase the skins sensitivity to the sun.

  • Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
  • Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
  • The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
  • Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
  • Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
